Neo-Victorian is also trending – a mixture of Victorian and Edwardian inspired clothing with a modern edge. Lacoste had Royal Tenenbaums style tracksuits along with Richie Tenenbaum’s signature headband, polo shirt and two-piece suit. Get inspired yourself and marvel in Anderson’s unique filmmaking style- films include Moonrise Kingdom, The Life Aquatic and The Grand Budapest Hotel to name a few.

This season’s must have accessory is oversized earrings. Worn on just one ear, this is a statement piece that will transform any minimal outfit, as designer Tibi showcased in his recent collection.

Hosiery has also become very popular. This is a good way to add interest and texture into your wardrobe, with quirky lazer cut patterns and lace prints.

The 70s phenomenon still remains, so men and women layer up your summer pieces as we continue into winter. Wear with a shearling jacket to complete this look. Women will find this season’s latest 70s pieces have a more romantic feel with floor length, long flowing, floral dresses.

Turtlenecks continue to be a staple piece in our autumn wardrobe. Women can use this as a base layer under any dress, jumpsuit or top for extra warmth and for men we continue to see it styled with a tailored two-piece suit.

For the guys, there is a big focus on tartan – and lots of it! With many designers including Topman and Tom Ford creating tailored tartan suits, this is a versatile look that can be worn with subtlety if choosing softer tones or boldly with bright colour combinations. A great look for both workwear and socialising.

Print was also a recurring theme on the runways of London Collections: Men 2015. These prints weren’t subtle either, with bold large graphics worn as a coordinating jacket and trouser piece.
