Terms & Conditions:
The following terms and conditions (the 'Terms') apply to the Local Answer competition (the 'Competition') hosted by Clavell and Hind Brewery and Taproom located at Unit 2, Elmstone Business Park, Tewkesbury Road, Elmstone Hardwicke, Cheltenham. GL51 9SY (the 'Organiser'). By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. The Organiser reserves the right to change, cancel, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals aged 18+ or over, who are legally permitted to consume alcohol. Employees of Clavell and Hind and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Prize
The winner will receive a brewery tour for two at one of our tour evenings, which take place on the last Friday of each month. This includes a burger and a pint, along with a mini keg of their choice. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at the Organiser’s discretion.
3. Prize Redemption
The winner must claim their prize by booking a date for the brewery tour within 3 months. The prize must be used within 6 months of winning and is subject to availability.
4. Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including the use of their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
5. General Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms without prior notice.
