Gordon League overcame Longlevens 27-24 in the North Gloucestershire Combination’s Elite Cup on Tuesday
Hucclecote Rugby Club will be home to two showpiece end-of-season games in May.
They will host the North Gloucestershire Combination’s Elite Cup final on Sunday 3rd May (3pm) and six days later they will be the venue for an invitational ladies’ game between Hucclecote and Minchinhampton.
Hucclecote Ladies defeated Dursley Ladies in the invitational game last year, a game that is organised by the North Gloucestershire Combination.
The finalists in the Elite Cup are not yet known – the competition has reached the semi-final stage – although defending champions Longlevens are out after their 27-24 first-round defeat at Gordon League on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the final of the North Gloucestershire Combination’s Martin Slatter Cup will take place at Widden Old Boys on Saturday 2nd May (3pm) and the final of the Glanville Cup will be played at Matson on Friday 1st May (6pm).Copyright © 2026 The Local Answer Limited.
